Terms of Services

We strive to provide our customers with a great product and the best customer experience possible. In our experience, we have found that all customers have different expectations and since we do custom work we try our best to meet your expectations and needs. We have put together these Terms and Conditions for our clients to review prior to purchasing our products. Our Terms and Conditions Policies are based on industry standards & provide you with the knowledge you need to have a reasonable expectation of the products and services they will receive from Davison Distributions. Please take the time to read our policy. Once you have made a payment on custom goods this policy becomes in effect and is binding.

PAYMENT: can accept cash, credit, or checks. Full payment is due at the time of ordering.

ORDER MINIMUMS: Our Minimum order for Screen Printed Items is 12 pieces per design on 1 to 3 color print jobs and 48 pieces per design on 4+ color print jobs. Garment colors and sizes may vary. All garments must be made of like materials. Our Heat Transfer items do not require a minimum purchase.

RE-ORDERS: Re-orders are 12 piece minimums and pricing is at the new order level. All re-orders will be charged a new set up fee. We do not hold screens.

TURN AROUND TIMES: Typical turnaround time is 5-14 days from receipt of payment and artwork approval. Additional services will extend typical turnaround times. Turnaround times only apply to production. If an order is being shipped, Davison Distributions cannot guarantee carrier ship times.

RUSH SERVICE: Rush service is offered when available. A Rush Fee of 25% will be added to all jobs needed in less than our standard turnaround time. 2-4 day rush jobs will have a 50% rush fee added to the total cost of the job.

REFUND POLICY: Davison Distributions offers a full refund on non-customized items if returned in unused condition.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE: We offer a 100% replacement guarantee on all non-contract custom orders. If we make a mistake on your order please contact us with the order number and return all unused items within 7 days from the date you received the order. We will correct the order by reprinting it at no charge to you. Normal replacement time is 7 days. We do not accept returns on any merchandise you have used or worn. (If you have used or worn the merchandise, keep it and contact us with images of the misprint and we will discount your next order). If you make a mistake on your order (wrong quantities ordered, art proof approved with errors, etc.) we will gladly reprint your order at our standard pricing.

ESTIMATES: All estimates are good for thirty (30) days. We only honor written or emailed estimates.

ART AND MATERIALS: All art and materials supplied by Davison Distributions, including screens, films, and separations, remain the property of Davison Distributions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Any art supplied by the customer remains the property of the customer. All screens and films remain the property of Davison Distributions. If you would like to purchase your screens, please let us know at the time the order is placed and we will offer you our current pricing.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS: All customer supplied garments are printed AT THE CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK. Because we cannot control and/or may not be familiar with the garment material supplied by the customer, we cannot offer any warranty or guarantee of print quality or durability on any work done with customer supplied garments. Please provide 5% more items per size, style, and color than needed to cover any misprints & test print. Any unprinted items will be returned to you.

PROOFS: Additional charges will apply for printed proof samples. Pricing will depend on printed colors and design difficulty. All proofs are subject to set-up and art charges. Pre-production proofs or special samples are $50 plus $25 per color setup.

DYE LOTS: Due to market conditions and manufacturer garment mill variances beyond the seller’s control, the seller cannot guarantee consistency of dye colors throughout an individual order or from one order to the next.

COLOR ACCURACY: We will match your print colors as close as possible to the final art on file. Because of slight variances among computer monitors and manufacturer ink batches, small variations may be present from screen to print, and from print run to print run. If you require very specific color values in your print, please contact us to purchase a sample printed shirt prior to ordering a full run. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EXACT COLOR MATCHES. Pantone matching is available at an additional charge and there is a minimum order of 36 pieces. PMS matching is only a guideline. Due to the differences between paper and textiles or other substrates, this is not guaranteed.

OVERRUNS AND UNDER-RUNS: Overruns and under-runs not to exceed the industry standard 5% of the amount ordered will constitute acceptable delivery. Only the quantity delivered will be billed.

SHIPPING TIMES: Shipping time is not included in the turnaround time. Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping charges will not be included in price quotes but will be applied to final invoices. Charges apply to actual shipping rates, we do not charge for packaging or handling.

PACKAGING: All orders will be folded in bulk, grouped per size in quantities of 12 or less unless otherwise specified. Individual folding and bagging is available at an additional charge.

PRINT QUALITY: We will always provide you with the best print quality possible. To ensure the best print quality please provide us with high-quality art that is properly color separated. Small lines and fonts will not print well. Avoid fonts that are thin and less than 1 inch in size. Some materials print better than others due to the nature and finishes applied to the garments by the manufacturer, this will cause prints not to be as bright or to not print smoothly. The products we offer have been tested for printing, however, if you request an item that we do not normally print, please request a printed sample prior to doing a full run. Your Custom printed apparel may show slight imperfections with ink coverage or print alignment. This is unique to the custom printed garment. No 2 garments will print exactly the same. The industry standard for misprints is 3%-5%. You will not receive more than 5% misprints on any order. We strive to reproduce art at the highest quality possible, but because limitations exist in technology and materials available, prints on apparel do not maintain the same resolution as photo paper.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: / Davison Distributions respects the intellectual property rights of others. We have a policy of removing user submissions that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws, suspending or blocking access to the design-saving or other features of our site to any user who uses our site in violation of any such law, and/or terminating in appropriate circumstances the account (if any) of any user who uses our site in violation of any such law. Pursuant to Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512, we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with such law. If you believe your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right is being infringed by a user of, please provide written notice to the following agent for notice of claims of infringement:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and where applicable, by federal law.
